The Omega Constellation Chronometer offered here was produced in 1962 and features two of the most sought-after design elements found on early Constellations: the pie pan dial and the sharp dog leg lug case design. The dial originally had a white sunburst finish but over the decades has developed a beautiful slightly off-white patina, giving the watch a warm appearance and the kind of character collectors look for in well-preserved 1960s pieces. The dial is completed by dauphine hands, steel and black accents, and a date window positioned at 3 o’clock.
Inside sits the Omega caliber 561 automatic chronometer movement, which we had fully serviced in May 2026 and now runs and functions excellently. We have paired the watch with a handmade top grain chocolate brown leather strap with a crocodile embossing, complementing the warm tones of the dial beautifully. Overall condition of this piece is great, and it would make for a beautiful addition to any vintage watch collection.
