Vintage Omega De Ville Quartz Silver dial Milanese bracelet 591.0018 - 24mm - 1973

This vintage Omega De Ville Quartz, produced in 1973, is a refined example of early quartz design. It features a silver vertically brushed dial with elegant silver and black accents, housed in a 24mm case with a hidden crown function. A short press advances the minute hand by one minute, while a longer press moves the hour hand forward by one hour, a clever and practical setting system (simply usable with a toothpick or some sort of “pin” tool can be used)

The movement was overhauled in March 2026 and runs and functions excellently. It comes on its original Omega mesh bracelet, fitting wrists from 7 to 17 cm in circumference. Overall, the condition is extremely good and it will make for a beautiful ladies watch.
