Vintage Omega Genève Blue Tropical Patina dial Automatic Push-Date 166.0098 - 35mm - 1972

A Vintage Omega Genève, produced in 1972. This watch originally featured a blue dial which over the years has developed an incredible tropical patina, creating a unique and highly characteristic look often sought after by vintage watch collectors. Decades of aging have given the dial a remarkable appearance that makes this piece truly stand out.

The stainless steel case measures 35mm in width, a classic and elegant size. Inside is the Omega caliber 1481 automatic movement with push date function, allowing the crown to be pressed in to quick set the date forward. The movement was serviced in March 2026 and now runs and functions excellently.

The overall condition of this piece is beautiful and it would make for an incredible collector’s item or a distinctive dress watch thanks to its unique tropical dial.
