Vintage Omega Lady Horn Lugs Manual Wind 511.018 - 20mm - 1961 + Box and Tag

A beautiful vintage Omega Lady “Horn Lugs”, produced in 1961. The gold plated case is in good condition but shows light wear around the edges. However with the naked eye, hard to spot. The white sunburst dial is in very good condition, with only a very minor speckle between the 4 and 5 o’clock hour marker, hardly visible to the naked eye and not distracting from its overall charm.

Inside runs the manual wind calibre 620 movement, serviced in February 2026, now running and functioning excellently. The overall condition of this piece is very well, and the distinctive horn lug design gives it a strong vintage character, a model that is not too common and therefore increasingly desirable.

We have paired the watch with a black leather strap and its original gold plated Omega buckle. The buckle has developed a beautiful patina over time, showing red, blue and purplish hues. This could of course be polished back to a clean yellow gold tone, but we leave this decision to the buyer, as many collectors appreciate such honest aging.

The watch comes with its original box and tag. The box is visibly worn, which is to be expected from an item now more than 65 years old, and it has not withstood time quite as well as this Swiss made watch has. Overall, this is a very well preserved example that will make an elegant and timeless dress watch for the vintage lady collector.
